Gerda Jerjomin is an experienced hospitality and F&B expert. Since she finished her studies, this active business woman has been responsible for opening several valued restaurants, cafés and catering companies in Estonia, but also internationally.
As the owner and CEO of these wonderful places, she´s been responsible for managing processes, budget and of course – the whole team. Without Gerda´s confirmation not even the smallest detail regarding menus, interior and graphic design has been chosen in her restaurants, cafeterias or pop-up sushi bars. She´s always been responsible for working out the business model, choosing the best personnel and figuring out and visualise the whole concept.
Although she has collaborated with talented professional interior architects, she has been responsible for the interior design projects herself. `Creativity´ is definitely the word that characterises her a lot. Food design, dishware, uniforms, colour combinations… You name it!
Fortunately her creativity is efficiently combined with selling skills and business-like mind set. It´s really not ´a piece of cake` to start business relationships with that kind of international company as Lufthansa. But she managed to do it and sushi menu that was made up and produced by Gerda, were offered on Lufthansa´s flights as part of their regular menus.
Although she has specialised in F&B industry, she has always found time to start some more businesses. Her experiences in running dry cleaning or beauty salon have widened her knowledge about service quality and user experience.
